Moving To Nashville

Generating real estate leads through digital marketing

Jennifer Gramling was new to the city of Nashville and she needed a strategy to get a foothold in the market fast.

To accomplish this goal, we created an easy-to-follow content strategy on YouTube in order to generate evergreen traffic.

Than, to capitalize on this traffic, we built a high-converting landing page to collect leads, and a performance marketing campaign to add additional prospects into Jennifer's CRM.

Lastly, to ensure she needed to spend as close to zero time as possible following up with her leads, we developed an automated nurture to warm each and every lead for a full year on autopilot.

Her results:

Jennifer saw 264 leads in her first 6 months with an 1.5k increase in YouTube subscribers—This led to an additional 5 transactions for her.
